Adventour provides AI-assisted travel planning tools, including generated itineraries, activity recommendations, and related travel information. Generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should be independently verified before making travel decisions or bookings.

To use certain features, you must create an account via our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our consent

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links for hotels, flights, and activities (e.g., via Travelpayouts). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. We may earn a commission on bookings made through affiliate links, at no additional cost to you.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by RentNShred GbR and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated itineraries and recommendations may contain inaccuracies; we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or suitability of any recommended activity, accommodation, or travel option.

To the extent permitted by law, RentNShred GbR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to third-party bookings made based on information provided by the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Munich, Germany.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
